M. Harn Construction Owners Promise:

"The integrity of a company influences the results it is capable of achieving".  When we founded the company, we set the tone for how business is conducted at M. Harn Construction. We are men of our word and M. Harn Construction keeps its promises.  Our goal is to be fair with everyone with whom we do business; our clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors and vendors. We make it our personal responsibility that everyone is satisfied with their experience while working with us.  This is who we are; this is the M. Harn Construction culture!

Mark Harn began his career in the apprenticeship program with the IBEW. After 15 years as a Journeyman Electrician, Mark became a Field Project Superintendent. Over the last 15 to 20 years Mark has worked with some of the more notable Phoenix companies.  Projects ranged from tenant improvement to building stand alone retail stores, banks, warehouses and has extensive experience with data and call centers. Mark is a LEED accredited professional for new construction. Prior to founding M. Harn Construction, Mark managed the field operations for a large regional general contractor.

Alan Turnbow is a master carpenter, and has extensive experience directing field operations and project management. For more than 25 years, Alan has held positions as a Senior Field Superintendent, Estimator and Project Manager. Some of his high profile projects include a remodel at the Biltmore Resort, 350 room remodel for the Doubletree Resort and a complete refurbishment of the vacation condos at the Phoenician Resort. Alan's ability to organize and manage complex projects is key to the construction service offered by M. Harn Construction.

Together Mark and Alan have taken their combined experience and created a company that can take your vision to reality. Using all the techniques that are proven to work over the years and avoiding the pitfalls that cause costly delays.
